OrderUnstick is made by Flexpoint Solutions OÜ. This page explains how the plugin handles data and how this website behaves.

The plugin (v0.1)

• Runs in your store. The detector runs inside your own WooCommerce installation. It reads your orders using WooCommerce’s own data.
• No external calls. v0.1 makes no calls to Stripe or any other service. No order or customer data is sent anywhere by the plugin.
• No telemetry. The plugin does not phone home and does not collect analytics about your store.
• Summary-only history. The scan history stores counts only: when a scan ran, how many orders were scanned and flagged, and the total value flagged. It does not store customer or payment data.
• Masked identifiers. Payment ids shown in the report are partially masked.
• Your responsibility. The orders and customer data in your store remain governed by your own store’s privacy policy and the law that applies to you.

This website

• This is a static marketing website. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
• It does not run third-party analytics or trackers.
• Links to flexpointsolutions.eu and other sites are subject to those sites’ own policies.
